POLICIES – PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION CAREFULLY!
SMOKING is not permitted inside the suites or outside on the balcony. The designated smoking area is located just outside the building. A fee of $200.00 will be imposed for non-compliance.
PETS – We accept pets in Suites #1, #3, or #4 only. There is a fee of $30.00 and an additional charge of $15.00 may apply for more than one pet depending on the size and number. Please call us for details.
STANDARD BOOKING – Is a reservation booked for 1 Suite for 2 nights or less. To cancel without incurring a charge of 1 night’s stay you must call us 48 hours prior to the day of arrival to obtain an email confirming that you have cancelled. No refund will be given for an early departure after arrival.
SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS – To cancel without incurring a charge of 1 night’s stay per suite you must call us 14 days prior to the day of arrival to obtain a cancellation email. Special Events and Holidays require a 2 night minimum stay. Please note that your credit card will be processed 7 days prior to the day of arrival and will be non-refundable thereafter. No refund will be given for an early departure.
GROUP BOOKINGS and EXTENDED STAYS – Please contact the front desk by phone for reservations and information about deposits and cancellation policies
RATES posted online are based on a double occupancy.
OPTIONAL SECOND BEDROOM costs $40.00 and increases to $50.00 during Special Events and Holidays.
SPECIFIC SUITES cannot be guaranteed, however, we will make every effort to meet your request.
CHECK-IN - Is between 3:00-6:00 pm. Please advise us if you will be arriving later than 6 pm or if you would like to arrive earlier than 3 pm.
CHECK-OUT - Is promptly at 11:00 am unless otherwise pre-arranged.
KEYS - Unreturned keys will be charged $25.00 each.
PARKING - Is on a first come basis. One vehicle per Suite please. Motorcycles always fit.
